First off, don't worry! I'll be sure to return to the guild once I return.
I've been accepted as a foreign exchange student to Taiwan. Unfortunately, due to my internet connection and time restraints there, I won't have time to play WoW. Thus, I won't be renewing my subscription until I get back.
I'll return July, 2013. Because of the current rate of growth of the guild and the fantastic devotion of its leader, particularly Bastiat, I'm quite sure it'll still be here when I return.
Best of luck, everypony, and I'll see you when I get back.

Being a protection paladin, soloing old raids is something I'm very good at, so if anyone ever wants to be run through something for some epics or just for the achieves, let me know. I'd be more than happy to take you through it.

I solved the issue. I opened my computer up and gave it a good cleaning. Everything seems to be running much better now. Thanks for your advice.

I take it you've tried updating directx and then updating your drivers?
Yeah, that was the first thing that I tried. It's possible that it's a hardware issue. When I get home later this week, I'm going to open my computer up and see if I can find anything wrong with it. I might replace the thermal pads and paste as well, to see if that helps things at all.

My computer seems to be overheating quite a bit when playing WoW. It's not overclocked or anything, and all of the fans and vents are clean. The most unusual thing is that WoW is the only game in which it ever occurs. Much more graphically intensive games such as Crysis and Fallout run just fine at max settings without ever causing the computer to shut off. Is anyone else having this issue? I'm thinking about emailing Blizzard support about it, but I doubt they'll be of any help. It's gotten to the point where I can't even finish a random dungeon because my computer shuts off half-way through it. Anyway, I'll still get on now and again. On a happier note, classes are over for me, so I'll be online much more often, providing my computer lets me. I still have finals this week, but they aren't particularly time consuming, so I have time for more important things (ponies, WoW, etc.)

Guild Business and Discussion / Recruitment / Re: me being recruited

It's great that you're eager to get started. An officer can invite you to the guild as long as both of you are online at the same time. You might want to try adding Bastiat to your friend list, as he's on quite often, and contact him about being invited to the guild. (If you haven't figured it out yet, by the way, you can get to your friend list by pressing "O.") If you're just getting unlucky and no one is ever online to invite you, just let me know, and I'll find some time to log in and invite you myself.
If you have any questions about the game, be sure to ask! We'll do our best to help you out.

Yes, apparently only the GL can rename bank tabs and modify permissions and it can't be delegated, lol.
Oh well, everything else is working fine!
Alright. Well, if you can think of any changes that should be made, just send me a message and I'll get right on it.
