I won't be around much for a few weeks, as it's the last couple weeks of my semester and I don't have much free time. Once classes are over, I'll be able to be online much more often.
Also, does anyone ever really use these forums besides me?

I just checked the Guild Control panel, and officers have all available permissions, including everything regarding the bank. Are you sure that there is something I haven't enabled?

Yes, apparently only the GL can rename bank tabs and modify permissions and it can't be delegated, lol.
Oh well, everything else is working fine!
